Sausage and peppers is one of those down home comforting meals that easily fills the hungriest bellies. This slow cooker version is loaded with sweet sausage and ground beef for a meaty sandwich everyone will love. Or if you’re up for a full meal, this will turn to dinner when served with rice and a nice salad.
Fire roasted tomatoes add that kick you’ve been looking for and onions and peppers make a tasty topping. Melted provolone or mozzarella on a toasted roll make that hot sandwich that much better.
